Zur En Arrh was the name of this particular Batman's planet, who also happened to be an alien called Tlano. There's the Zur En Arrh batsuit, which sees the caped crusader donning nightmarish clown-coloured apparel, just like the version of the character first seen in Batman #113 from 1958.
